  • Where You Live: We hire East of I-35. We also hire in Southern California.

Option 2: Team Lease Purchase Program

Be Your Own Boss. Want to own the truck? We make it easy.

  • High Pay: Earn $1.30 to $1.40 per mile plus fuel surcharge.

  • Pick Your Truck: You choose your truck at orientation.

  • Simple Payments: Weekly payments are about $1,249 to $1,400.

  • Short Terms: Leases are only 1 to 3 years long.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.

  • Age: At least 23 years old.

  • Experience: 1 year driving in the last 2 years OR 6 months in the last year.

  • Safety: Good driving record.

Orientation

Paid Orientation: Little Rock, AR

  • Private Room & Travel: We cover your flight or rental car.

  • Get Paid: Orientation starts Tuesday and ends Thursday morning. You earn $100 per day for the first two days.

  • Medical Card: Bring your current card (Must have 6+ months left, 5 pages, no chiropractor). If you don't have one, you can take a physical here.

  • The First Week: Drug screen is Day 1 (Urinalysis). You will be dispatched Thursday and must run your first weekend to get your miles up
